German Speakers Wanted for Remote Support Role in Greece

As a German Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the key point of contact for our German-speaking clients, offering excellent support and building long-term relationships. If you’re passionate about customer service and looking for a flexible remote role, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering tailored support
- Stay informed about our services and products to assist clients effectively
- Document client feedback and interactions to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team
- Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address a variety of client inquiries
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection
