Flexible Remote Support Role for Nordic Speakers in Greece

As a Nordic-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will help clients with their inquiries, resolve issues, and create lasting relationships—all remotely. If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy working from home, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various channels (phone, email, chat)
- Address and resolve client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized support
- Stay informed on products and services to provide accurate and helpful guidance
- Document client interactions and feedback to improve service quality
- Collaborate with your team to enhance customer satisfaction
- Engage in training to further develop your skills
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) – spoken and written
- Proficiency in English for team communication
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve client issues
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection
