Your Role
As F&B Manager, you are the cornerstone of the hotel’s food & beverage department, overseeing personnel, finances, budgets, and inventories with meticulous care. From recruitment and training to daily guidance and shift planning, you ensure seamless operations.
Your role extends to maintaining rigorous quality assurance, adhering to ISO standards, health protocols, hotel regulations, and brand excellence. Resolving customer concerns promptly and providing clear communication are paramount to achieving maximum satisfaction. Collaborating closely with the Executive Chef, Procurement Manager, and senior management, you deliver comprehensive reports that drive strategic decision-making. Your commitment to excellence ensures the highest standards in service delivery and guest experience. This position involves an ANNUAL contract.

Your Role

Professional Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree/Certification in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
- Accomplished professional with 4 years of Experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent command of English and Greek (additional foreign language skills preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in financial calculations and POS/PDA operations
- Excellent knowledge of Warehouse Management Software
- Thorough knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Exceptional Leadership and team-building prowess
- Exceptional Time and Task Management
- Well-Organized and constantly alert Mentality
- Grace under pressure and adept Multitasking.
