We are an e-commerce company managing two proprietary brands, Gebo Tools and Gebo Land , and operating in four countries: Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria , and Greece . For the past 10 years, we have been committed to delivering integrated, professional services and an excellent customer experience.

Our team encompasses various specialties, including logistics, procurement, marketing, IT, and customer service. Within the marketing department, we have dedicated colleagues ensuring a high-quality online presence—clear product titles, accurate and complete descriptions, up-to-date pricing, and high-resolution images—across all four countries.
Your Role

You will oversee the two e-commerce platforms in Greece : gebotools and geboland , as well as our presence on partner platforms like Skroutz and Public . Additionally, you will actively participate in creating and reviewing the texts used for promoting our products on social media platforms, as well as in drafting and distributing our weekly newsletters.
Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the accuracy of product information (titles, descriptions, images) on the two aforementioned websites and third-party platforms we collaborate with.

Verifying the correctness of our product prices across all platforms.

Maintaining the quality and accuracy of our product promotions on social media.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you need:
Native-level proficiency in Greek (we also use Chat GPT as a support tool when needed).

To be an organized and responsible individual (we provide an internal task management tool to facilitate this).

Knowledge of Excel/Google Drive sufficient for price calculations.

To be a team player , as our teams across countries often work in sync on projects.

Work Conditions

For this role, the position is fully remote but if you do however want to move to Romania, you will be able to work from our office in Cluj.

Work schedule : 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Athens time.

Office location (no presence required) : Our offices are on Calea Dorobanților 70 (ACI Building), 4th floor, Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
