• Support the annual global talent management cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and drive internal and external communication and support global strategic HR initiatives (e.g. diversity and inclusion, employer branding).

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Studies or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in people development, organizational development, or a similar role in a global organization.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple global programs independently.
• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for driving change and making a difference.
• Good knowledge of MS O365, e.g. Excel, Power Point, Share Point, Teams; ideally Clipchamp.
