• Lead coordination for all Sales-related transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives centered on speed and simplicity
• Establish and monitor project timelines, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring initiatives are completed successfully and on schedule.
• Drive alignment between corporate sales strategy and operational sales teams, translating strategic goals into actionable steps across all relevant departments
• Champion transformation initiatives across the organization, fostering awareness and collaboration on objectives, timelines, and anticipated results
• Regularly report on initiative progress, providing updates and insights to the VP Complexity Management, CTO, and other executive stakeholders
• Identify and implement process optimization opportunities within Sales, ensuring seamless collaboration with Engineering and Production to enhance speed and operational efficiency
• Gather and analyze feedback on transformation initiatives, evaluating their impact and recommending adjustments to optimize results and drive continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, transformation management, or a similar role within a sales-driven organization
• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional projects, ideally within a global engineering or manufacturing setting
• Strong project management and coordination abilities, with a track record of successfully driving multiple initiatives to completion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong cross-functional relationships and driving alignment
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex processes, identify improvement areas, and drive data-informed solutions
• Proficient in project management tools and familiar with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
