• Handling general assistance tasks including correspondence in German and English (appointments, data maintenance, telephone, etc.)
• Planning, preparation and follow-up of events and business trips
• Creating presentations and translating them if required
• Preparation of travel and audit reports
• Support with budget and personnel planning
• Creating and managing various HSE statistics and overview lists
• Supporting the subsidiaries in completing and updating various databases
• Carrying out the monthly HSE reporting
• Taking over administrative tasks in the HSE software Enablon

• Completed commercial education
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English CEF C1
• Very good knowledge of common software (MS Office)
• Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and a structured way of working
• Communication and organizational skills
• Openness, dynamism and willingness to learn new tasks
