Overview

• We only accept applicants who are resident in Germany or Austria and currently hold a work permit for Germany or Austria.
• Salary: € 75,000 - € 85,000 with willingness to overpay
• Up to 100% REMOTE possible (Germany or Austria)

Tasks

• Requirement analysis: Gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders and customers.
• Process optimization: Identify improvement opportunities and develop proposals for increased efficiency.
• Communication: Act as the interface between business and development teams, ensuring clear and precise requirement communication.
• Solution design: Support the creation of technical concepts and evaluate their feasibility.
• Test support: Assist with implementation and testing to ensure quality standards are met.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, specifications, and reports.

Your profile

• A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in requirements management and the analysis of complex business processes, ideally in the fintech or blockchain sector.
• Knowledge of DLT technologies and their applications is a plus.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking, solution-oriented approach, and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
