Overview

• We only accept applicants who are resident in Germany or Austria and currently hold a work permit for Germany or Austria.
• Salary: € 70,000 - € 80,000 with willingness to overpay
• Up to 100% REMOTE possible (Germany or Austria)

Tasks

• Project management: Plan, manage, and monitor projects in the DLT and TSS domain.
• Stakeholder management: Align with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and communicate outcomes.
• Time and budget control: Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Team coordination: Collaborate with developers, testers, and other departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Process optimization: Implement and refine agile methodologies and best practices.

Your profile

• A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in project or delivery management, ideally in the fintech or blockchain sector.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
