ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance of customer negotiations with Commercial Policy across sales channels in cross-functional environment in line with Group guidelines.
- The Trade Investment Optimization (TIO) Specialist will report directly to the Revenue Growth Management Manager and will be responsible for partnering with Commercial Policy and Promo Managers and cross functionally to ensure full end-to-end Commercial Policy implementation across channels based on approved policy.
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitor, track and report execution of agreed Commercial Policy plans with proposal of actions for their improvements
- Ensure sales negotiations and terms offering to customers are according to the current approved Commercial Policy, respecting all the value drivers and boundaries
- Lead end-to-end Pay-for- Performance closing process, connecting all involved functions (sales; Data, Insights and Analytics; Finance; and others)
- Conduct pre-evaluation of Promos and Commercial Policy programs partnering with Finance (including volume uplift and ROI)
- Develop and continuous enhancement of analytical capabilities within the TIO framework (Commercial Policy and Promo)
- Continuously explore opportunities to improve Commercial policy end-to-end process & tools
- Closely collaborate with various stakeholders from Group Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Finance & Supply Chain in the process of Commercial policy creation and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Min 2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar financial role within the Food & Beverages industry is preferred.
- Fluent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP system is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
