• Possess over 5 years of experience in Digital and Technology, effectively bridging business demands and technology solutions.
• Have experience overseeing a broad portfolio of technology initiatives, including project delivery in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Demonstrate experience in IT Operations, with the ability to monitor key metrics to ensure performance meets stakeholder expectations.
• Be structured, organized, and possess a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Excel in building strong relationships and are a good listener, with a structured approach to managing stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, using a common language to bridge technology and business requirements.
• Be analytical and capable of building business cases and tracking value as needed.
• Ideally have experience working between global and local teams within a global retail environment, navigating the intersection of business and technology.
