Your responsibilities

Oversee financial management of the company’s own production division, warehousing, and distribution of centrally sourced and Private Label products for the group, focusing on cost control, profitability, financial oversight, and setting and monitoring KPIs to ensure efficiency, cost- effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Challenging existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and proposing new approaches to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead and oversee projects on behalf of finance aimed at process optimization and increased efficiency to align with the group’s strategic needs.
Identify and assess financial risks, proposing corrective actions to improve financial performance and customer value.
Support business units through financial analysis, guidance in decision- making, and participation in key projects.
Preparing business cases and conducting ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives.
Collaborating closely with other departments to evaluate the impact of financial decisions and support development initiatives.
Collaborate on monthly financial statements, budgeting, and support for external audits to ensure comprehensive financial alignment.
Performing other tasks as specified by the supervisor to support organizational goals.

Your experience

Experience in senior finance positions
Background in Big 4, especially in consulting, is a strong advantage
Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with non-finance departments, providing them with analysis and business insights
Strong analytical thinker
Solid understanding of business economics and basic accountin principles
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, search functions, and more
Communicative level of English and Czech
High level of responsibility and independence
Motivation to learn and explore new areas
