We are looking for a skilled IT Fulfillment Center Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, networks, and equipment within a fast-paced fulfillment center environment. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills to support daily operations, minimize downtime, and ensure the fulfillment center runs efficiently
Your responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Support:
- Maintain and support IT infrastructure including networks, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and other IT-related equipment.
- Technical Support:
- Provide hands-on technical support to warehouse staff for IT-related incidents.
- Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets on time.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical problems and implement solutions.
Inventory Management:
- Keep track of IT inventory, including spare parts, cables, and network equipment.
- Manage asset lifecycle, including procurement, installation, maintenance, and disposal of IT equipment.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for hardware and software procurement.
System Monitoring & Maintenance:
- Monitor system performance (network traffic) to ensure optimal operation.
- Apply software updates, patches, and system upgrades as needed.
- Assist in maintaining and updating documentation for IT systems, procedures, and configurations.
Project Assistance:
- Support IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
- Assist in the rollout of new systems, applications, and devices.
Your experience

- Experience in IT in a similar position for at least 1 year
- Advanced knowledge: Windows, Android, MS Office, G-Suite, Network Technology awareness, IP Telephony, MFP, Laptop Installation
- Willingness to work shifts (Monday to Sunday, 6 - 14, 14 - 22:00)
- Ability to empathize with users' needs
- Communicativeness, ability to prioritize well
- Excellent organizational skills, analytical thinking
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
- Ability to quickly learn new things and adapt to the environment
