About the Team

A career within the Digital Enablement team, will provide you with the opportunity to assist clients in developing analytics and technology solutions that help them streamline and automate processes. Team of Software development consists of approximately 53 developers, project managers, testers, business analysts and UX/UI designers.

About the Manager

Katka works as a Manager in the Digital Enablement department where she leads the Software Development & Project Management team consisting of 22 people. Katka works with the latest technologies in process automation, robotics, agile management and reporting. She also has experience with managing financial analysis as well as financial and IT infrastructure transformation projects. In her free time she enjoys training for triathlon and spending time with family.

Job description & summary:

• Coordinate the development of new projects as well as the related project tasks
  
• Assist the development team with user testing of the new developments, prepare test scenarios and assist the end users
  
• Prepare and develop monthly estimate cost projection in order to guarantee the means and amounts of financing needed to carry out the job in a timely manner
  
• Create structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks, time to market and budget constrains
  
• Monitor progress, record issues and escalate when necessary, prepare recommendations and ensure project reports are completed by the due date to meet reporting requirements
  
• Work on truly international projects within cross-function, cross-territory teams
  

This role is also suitable as a part-time (at least 25-30 hours/week) for students or parents on parental leave

Requirements of the role

• Working experience in relevant role is an advantage, however this position is suitable for fresh graduates as well
  
• Awareness of technology trends
  
• Planning, organizational and time management skills
  
• Multi-tasking, stress resilience and meeting deadlines
  
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a global team
  
• Proficient communication skills in English and Czech/Slovak
  

Nice to have

• Experience with project management tools such as Azure Dev Ops is a plus
  
• Degree in Business Studies, Finance or related field
