L’Oréal and its mass-market division are currently looking for a new team member to develop and execute the online brand marketing strategy for the skin care and hair care portfolio. Monitor and enhance online sales performance through content implementation and data analysis to deliver an excellent user experience and customer journey on the web. CPD Mass Category being in the scope.

Content Development & Management

• Ensure compelling above-the-fold and below-the-fold content for all top-priority products (A+ Content, video, rich content, routines).
• Adapt and implement online content for e-retailer websites and social media platforms.
• Adapt and implement digital assets for e-commerce event campaigns and e-retailers.
• Promote brands and top product launches through educational content and e-sampling leaflets.
• Cultivate the brand image in alignment with its DNA and objectives.

E-Trade Plan and Event Creation, Execution & Optimization

• Develop and execute tailored e-trade plans with e-retailers in collaboration with the sales department.
• Monitor and analyze e-trade operations and sell-out performance to optimize campaigns with e-commerce partners and enhance the e-trade master plan.
• Collaborate with the transactional media team to create an annual media plan aligned with the promotional plan for e-commerce partners.
• Plan and oversee the production of gifts-with-purchase (GWPs) for e-commerce events.

Competitive, Market, and Best Practices Intelligence

• Serve as an in-house e-commerce expert.
• Develop shopper insights through customer data analysis.
• Audit competitors' online activities on key e-commerce partner websites.

YOU ARE THE ONE IF YOU:

• Have experience in creating and launching digital campaigns, content management, and data analysis (at least 1 year) or are an e Commerce enthusiast. 
• Are native Czech or Slovak speaker and fluent in English, C1 level. 
• Are a confident communicator and presenter, manages to present complex concepts verbally with ease
• Enjoy working with data and have a strong analytical mindset
• Possess excellent organizational and planning skills
• Are a team player and have great collaboration skills
• Have strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media and e Commerce
• Are willing to dive into the beauty business including, monitoring competitors, the market, consumers, and trends
