System Support Specialist
Global UCC team builds, supports and maintains various services, mainly MS Teams, Skype for Business (both incl. telephony and voice gateways), Zoom and Telepresence. The team is responsible for global infrastructure as well for cloud technologies. The managed services are consumed by more than 250 000 users and this global team operates from 3 regions (Asia MY, Europe CZ, AM CR and US). I'm part of a team that operates from Malaysia, the Czech Republic, the USA, and Costa Rica, working with very skilled professionals. I do support more than 300 000 colleagues. In my daily routine, I ensure the implementation of new services and changes to existing ones. I provide the second level of support for UCC services and handle Operations Acceptance activities to guarantee the accurate and timely release of new or enhanced services to production. I make sure that the applications and their support are based on IT Operational standards, executed in line with the ITS Process, and delivered within the requested timescales. Since we emphasize teamwork, I also provide advice and guidance to junior colleagues.

As a UCC System Support Specialist, having knowledge of Microsoft Teams, O365 components is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Power Shell Scripting will also be an integral part of this role.
You are a UCC technology aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of Various telephony components / endpoints, Audio Codes gateways and Network troubleshooting. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
