Our Sales Team is the engine that powers Embed IT's growth, combining a passion for customer success with a strategic approach to business development. The Sales and Marketing Specialist, a part-time role, is crucial to providing administrative assistance to Our Sales team and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role supports sales executives by managing documentation, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring the team has all the resources and information needed to achieve their goals.

Your future role:

Support sales and marketing team in daily sales-related activities.
Prepare pre-sale materials together with sales and pre-sales teams.
Participate in regular sales meetings.
Support the regional sales team in materials finalizations, conference participation, etc.
Support with materials preparation for Linked In or similar platform post-events.

Your experience & skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Eagerness to be part of a dynamic Sales team.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Supportive and team player mindset.
Fluent English and Czech/Slovak.

Flexible work

Our core working hours are from 9:00 to 15:00 daily, but how early you start or how late you work, is up to you. There is also the option to work remotely by arrangement.
