We are Cyber Security in Embed IT, we are the ones that shape the landscape of Information Security for our customers, primarily for the Home Credit Group, SKODA Group, select companies in the PPF Group and for other unaffiliated partners as well. Our responsibility is to navigate the complex regulatory environment of various, primarily financial, institutions across the globe, and ensure that requirements are transformed into day-to-day realities, monitoring their fulfilment, identifying threats, and responding to them accordingly.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an independent and self-driven individual. The main responsibilities will be:

Managing the Business Continuity Management and IT Risk Management for Embed IT,
Delivering of consultancy solutions to our clients in the area of Business Continuity Management and IT Risks,
Delivering various Security Governance projects for our clients (security policies, control frameworks).

Your future role

Managing and maintaining internal BCM and IT Risk Management frameworks,
Document the Business Continuity Plans, conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA), coordinate Business Continuity Plans testing and cooperate with the stakeholders responsible for Disaster Recovery Planning,
Conduct internal IT risk assessments and propose mitigating measures,
Reporting to the top management,
Participation on delivery of projects for external clients (typical projects include IT risk assessments, BIA/BCP development, security assessments, development of internal security frameworks).

Your experience and skills

A university degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field,
At least 3 years of experience in business continuity management, IT risk management, or information security,
Orientation in IT related legislation (NIS 2, new Cyber Act, DORA) and security standards (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, Cobit, ITIL),
Consulting or auditing experience is a plus,
Effective communication with various internal stakeholders and external clients,
Ability to manage multiple tasks, manage small projects and set priorities,
Problem-Solving: identify and resolve issues.
