Job Description

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
• Responsible for quality monitoring of production staff and disseminating feedback.
• Scheduling regular calibration calls with client’s quality assurance.
• Client service (phone or Email).
• Good verbal and written communication (in English).
• Able to hold a free flow conversation (in English).
• Team player.
• Execute the work per process.
• Escalate doubts/clarifications

Qualifications
Minimum Academic Qualification (Degree) : At least HS graduate System working knowledge required : Basic Computer Knowledge (Citrix, ADUC, Windows OS, Printers is a plus) Excellent Communication Skills 1-2 years of experience in customer service. Background and Experience Basic Knowledge of US Mortgage Regulations in Origination (preferrable). Minimum Academic Qualification (Degree) : At least HS graduate System working knowledge required : Basic Computer Knowledge (Citrix, ADUC, Windows OS, Printers is a plus).
