Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Location: Colombia
Type: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Contract Type: Contractor

Description:

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining the Salesforce platform to meet business needs. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, designing custom solutions, and ensuring data integrity and system efficiency. The Salesforce Administrator plays a pivotal role in transforming business requirements into functional applications and processes while supporting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

System Management and Maintenance:

Oversee user setup, roles, and security permissions.
Maintain system performance by performing audits and updates.
Manage integrations with third-party applications.

Customization and Configuration:

Design and implement custom objects, fields, workflows, and processes.
Develop user-friendly dashboards and analytics for key insights.
Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as flows and Process Builder.

Application Development and Design:

Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into technical designs.
Conduct prototyping, testing, and user demonstrations to ensure effective solutions.
Lead integration projects, connecting Salesforce with external systems using APIs and ETL tools.

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:

Diagnose technical issues, providing timely resolutions.
Identify opportunities to optimize platform usage and performance.

Compliance and Security:

Ensure adherence to data security and compliance standards.
Support the business analyst team in addressing platform-related compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM features and functionalities, including custom objects, workflows, and Process Builder.
Strong understanding of data management principles and security practices.
Experience with App Exchange products, APIs, and Salesforce integrations.
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and front-end tools.
Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator).
Experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration environments.
Advanced knowledge of database languages (SQL or SOQL) and web development (Java Script, HTML, CSS).
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
