What You’ll Do
A cyber remediation analyst is responsible for tracking and reporting on vulnerabilities, weaknesses and other cyber-risk improvement efforts that affect the security of the organization's systems, networks, and data. Our cyber remediation team works closely with security our security leadership team, security operations, the project management office as well as system owners all over the organization to ensure timely and effective remediation of cyber threats. They also provide recommendations and guidance on how to manage and improve on processes, procedures, policies, and technologies to ideally prevent future weaknesses and risk areas.
You'll report to the Executive Director of Information and Security. You will serve as a trusted advisor internally and externally by providing learning innovation, technology expertise, and upskilling and reskilling on AI-enabled learning design, delivery, coaching, and performance tools.
During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Track and report on the weaknesses, risks and other areas of concern that negatively impact security and compliance across TTEC.

• Track remediation progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks.

• Track and report on key metrics related to remediation management.

• Prepare status reports and presentations related to open remediation items and remediation progress across the company.

• Work closely with the teams that are identifying and discovering new risks on a regular basis as you will be responsible for tracking and reporting on the remediation efforts related to items they discover.

• Work closely with the system owners and other fix agents so they understand the risks and vulnerabilities by connecting them with internal subject-matter experts as needed.

• Work closely with the system owners and other fix agents so they remediate the observed items as quickly and efficiently as possible.

• Assist in developing and implementing remediation plans and strategies to enhance the organization's cyber resilience and security posture.

• Collaborate with security engineers, incident responders, and IT operations teams to resolve remediation issues.

• Coordinate communication between team members and stakeholders.

• Work closely with the security and compliance leadership team to identify systematic problems that are negatively impacting our ability to quickly remediate findings.

• Work closely with the security and compliance leadership team to identify opportunities to improve remediation tracking and management across TTEC.

• Work closely with the security and compliance leadership team to identify opportunities to improve how we track and report on key metrics associated with vulnerabilities and other observed security or compliance concerns.

• Maintain documentation and records.

What You Bring to the Role

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

• At least two years of experience in cyber remediation, security analyst, incident response, or similar role.

• Strong understanding of security concepts, principles, and best practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Certifications such as Comp TIA Security+, Comp TIA Project+, CAPM, PMI PBA are welcome.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).

• A willingness to learn and eagerness to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
