Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Strong sales growth across the region of responsibility with current and new customers.
Define and achieve the annual business plan for each country and brand.
Leads the distribution network to deliver top line growth, expansive market coverage, market share growth and new customer wins.
Provides on-field coaching and guidance to each customer.
Ensures alignment of distributors with M+H business strategy and objectives.
Nurturing business relationships with targeted/ strategic automotive & industrial customers.

YOUR PROFILE

Education: University degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
Experience:
- Senior level with more than 10 years of relevant experience in Sales through wholesale distributors.
- Previous experience in filtration is desirable
- Sound market knowledge of Automotive sectors.
Language: Fluent English
Multitask abilities and strong drive and determination to achieve meaningful results.
Proven track-record of delivering results through others and maximizing business opportunities.
