Job Description
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strong sales growth across the region of responsibility with current and new customers.
  • Define and achieve the annual business plan for each country and brand.
  • Leads the distribution network to deliver top line growth, expansive market coverage, market share growth and new customer wins.
  • Provides on-field coaching and guidance to each customer.
  • Ensures alignment of distributors with M+H business strategy and objectives.
  • Nurturing business relationships with targeted/ strategic automotive & industrial customers.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Education: University degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
  • Experience:
    • Senior level with more than 10 years of relevant experience in Sales through wholesale distributors.
    • Previous experience in filtration is desirable
    • Sound market knowledge of Automotive sectors.
  • Language: Fluent English
  • Multitask abilities and strong drive and determination to achieve meaningful results.
  • Proven track-record of delivering results through others and maximizing business opportunities.
