Our client is a digital marketing agency specializing in providing digital marketing services to home services businesses across the USA. They are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team.


About the role:

We are seeking a motivated, self-driven Account Manager for our client. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing client relationships, developing effective digital marketing strategies, and coordinating diverse campaigns across various channels. This person should possess a friendly, approachable demeanor and a standout personality that clients find easy to connect with. Strong communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential. Proficiency with GHL, Click Up, and Slack is required to ensure efficient workflow management.
Professional fluency in English is essential.
Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and ensuring the client's services align with their needs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and tailor our client's services to meet their expectations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication to meet client expectations.
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide regular reports to clients on project progress and results.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by proactively managing expectations.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an Account Manager.
  • Fluent in English oral and written.
  • Friendly, personable demeanor with a standout smile and energy that puts clients at ease.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and strong project management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and fix issues proactively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and familiarity with tools like GHL, Click Up, and Slack.
  • Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.

    Position: Account Manager
    Remote Status: Fully Remote
    Preferred Location: Global
    Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm EST
    Holidays: US Local Holidays
    Salary: USD 2200 to USD 2800 per month
