Responsibilities
What is your role?
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Account Executive to manage and grow our North American client base. This role focuses on account farming, ensuring long-term relationships, client satisfaction, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with experience dealing with North American business landscape and capable of identifying new opportunities within existing client accounts.

Please be advised that this position requires candidates to be located in Bogota, Colombia.
We're Looking for
- Proven experience in account management, farming, or client relationship roles, preferably within the IT or consulting sector.
- Experience dealing with North American client
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities and create tailored solutions.
- Proficient in CRM tools and account management software.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
- English fluency required
Responsibilities-
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in North America. Act as the main point of contact for client communications.
- Account Farming: Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue, expand service offerings, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growing account revenue and maximizing client value.
- Client Retention: Monitor client satisfaction and work proactively to address any issues, ensuring high levels of retention and repeat business.
- Business Development: Partner with clients to understand their evolving needs, introduce them to CBTW’s full suite of services, and tailor solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Use key metrics to evaluate account performance, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure a seamless experience for the client.
- Contract Management: Oversee the renewal and renegotiation of contracts in alignment with company objectives and client requirements.
- Market Insight: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to offer relevant and competitive solutions to clients.
