WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead, Business Planning to help shape the operational foundation of ICON.SH. This role is critical in driving the studio's goals by connecting strategies to day-to-day execution, delivering insights, and enabling bold, creative decisions.

The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of strategy, planning and operations. With a sharp analytical mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for enabling creative excellence, you'll partner with studio leaders and Nike Greater China Finance to ensure ICON.SH operates with precision, efficiency, and innovation.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the Lead , Business Planning, you will:

Strategic Planning & Analysis

Develop scalable operating models and resource plans that align with ICON .SH's evolving production workflows and business priorities. Build pricing strategies and partner with production team to develop a rate card that reflect the value of ICON.SH's premium production services. Track and a nalyze production data by service class, uncovering opportunities for efficiency .

Operational Excellence

Collaborate with studio leaders to align operational plans, ensuring resources and timeline are optimized. Monitor studio performance against KPIs and deliver insights that enable agility and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Partnership

Act as a trusted advisor to studio teams, translating data insights into operational recommendations that empower creativity. Partner with Nike Greater China F inance to ensure alignment, compliance, and accurate reporting. Build strong relationships across creative, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration between aligned plan and creative execution.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and automation, enhancing workflow efficiency. Drive innovation in operational systems to support the studio's mission of delivering premium creative content at scale.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Reporting to the Head of Business Planning, you'll work closely with all ICON.SH teams, including Production, Post-Production, Creative, Operations, to align operational goals. You'll also partner regularly with Nike Greater China Finance to ensure smooth coordination and alignment on key objectives.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 8+ years of experience in planning, business operations, or related roles.
• Strong analytic skills and proficiency in modeling with a proven ability to connect strategies to operational execution.
• Experience supporting creative or production teams, with a deep understanding of balancing rigor with flexibility.
• A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Tableau or similar tools is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• A passion for sport, creativity, and innovation - and a sense of humor to navigate a fast-moving studio culture.
