Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic plan for the bank's debit card products, driving relevant projects to fruition.

Facilitate communication and coordination with external entities such as regulatory bodies, card organizations, and industry peers.

Formulate the bank's debit card business policies and product guidelines in accordance with regulatory and industry standards.

Conduct operational analysis of debit card business, and prepare and submit regulatory materials and documentation.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in product management within banking, card clearing institutions, or payment organizations.

Familiarity with the business processes of banking card products, as well as the requirements of regulatory bodies and card organizations.

Strong foundational skills in product management, with the ability to design products, analyze complex business scenarios, and summarize requirements effectively.

Proficient in project management, with the ability to coordinate resources to ensure project delivery, and possess strong documentation skills for creating product documentation.
