Jr Engineer Production Mech. BU &Laser CHQ 2

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for laser drilling process and laser cutting process
• Responsible for tooling search, roll out and laser cutting process capability, efficiency improvement
• Define process relevant procedure steps that aimto use existing resources perfectly and to minimize quantity of raw and auxiliary materials
• Provide written documentation of procedures inform of process documentation
• Check and optimize parameters of environmental impact regularly
• Purchase new equipment (to draw up specifications, make evaluations and technical analysis, install and implement in production)
• Process continuous improvement,incl.yield ,capability,capacity and cost
• Secure process ramping up smoothly and efficiency been improved for all new projects
• Follow the 5s standard to keep the environment of the working area cleaning
• Process continuous improvement and cost saving
• Operator training and technician training
• Document related work

Your Profile

• 5 to 8 years laser related working experience in PCB industries
• At least College Degree
• Basic written and oral English skills
