Job Summary

• Develop Canteen specific requirements from current Compass Quality Standards
• Establish records and training requirements
• Establish audit standard relevant to the business
• Lead the implementation of changes to the food safety systems and monitoring within the Canteen sector develop focused training materials and use these for on-going training requirements
• Measure and report on audit compliance
• Support supplier approval program
• QA Strategic Project Support when required support Ontario based units in other Sectors

• College Diploma or Post Graduate degree in Food Science or related
• 5 years’ experience in the food industry in a food safety and leadership experience
• HACCP Training/Certification
• Creative problem solving skills
• Excellent Communication and decision-making skills
• Committed and enthusiastic approach to supporting business customers and end users
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Windows
