Midtown Toronto
FULL TIME

Momo Medical is a fast-growing, innovative company dedicated to enhancing quality of care by supporting caregivers with our cutting-edge technology; the Bed Sense and Momo app. The actionable insights allow staff to be at the right place at the right time to prevent incidents and provide person-centered care. Headquartered in the Netherlands, we serve long-term care (LTC) homes in Europe and North America. As we branch out into Canada, we are building a local team of motivated professionals who are passionate about making a tangible difference in healthcare.
Your Mission
As an Implementation Lead, your success is defined by the happiness and satisfaction of nursing staff in long-term care homes through the adoption of Momo Bed Sense. By ensuring smooth implementations and hands-on support, you empower caregivers to focus on providing person-centred care for their residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: You will be the main point of contact for long-term care homes adopting Momo Bed Sense, overseeing the entire implementation process—from initial introduction to final evaluation.
- On-Site Support: Manage installation logistics, conduct training sessions for care staff, and provide hands-on support during site visits and by phone.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with LTC home management and staff, frequently visiting and calling to gather feedback, answer questions, and offer ongoing support.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and address bottlenecks during implementation, working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and happy users.
- Expansion & Networking: Actively engage potential LTC homes by attending conferences and networking events, growing the number of active users in Ontario.
- Continuous Learning: Gather insights from user feedback to continually improve the implementation process and contribute to future product development.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, ideally with experience in elderly healthcare or health-technology implementation.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both management teams and care staff effectively.
- Self-Starter: You thrive in dynamic environments and are proactive in problem-solving.
- Customer-Oriented: You are passionate about creating a positive experience for end users and excel in providing exceptional service.
- Flexible: Willing to adapt to non-traditional working hours, including occasional night shifts for training purposes.
- Travel-Ready: Must have a valid driver’s license, access to a car, and a willingness to travel frequently within South Ontario.
- Preferred: Background in healthcare or LTC, with an established network in the sector being a strong advantage.
- Impactful Work: Be part of a team that’s transforming long-term care through innovative technology.
- International Exposure: Opportunities to travel to our headquarters in the Netherlands to get familiar with our culture and way of working.
- Growth Potential: As Momo expands in Canada, so do your opportunities for career development.
- Supportive Environment: We value teamwork and building strong connections with our colleagues and clients alike.
