Position Description
The Bilingual ERP Implementation Consultant, Cloud Solutions (ICCS) is responsible for ensuring that the client projects assigned to them are delivered on time and within budget by the agreed-upon scope. Following The Answer Company implementation methodology, the ICCS works independently and/or as part of a team to analyze, design, document, configure, validate, train, and execute the delivery of the Acumatica and HRIS solution to meet the client's specific operational and financial requirements. The ICCS role includes planning, coordination, communication, and direction of task completion by the project team to ensure the success of the project. Involvement in presales activities and client demonstrations to support product line growth initiatives is also part of the position.

Position Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to determine their needs for an effective information system solution;
  • Objective analysis and documentation of client's business structure, needs, requirements, strategic goals, and business process realignment;
  • Recognize and address gaps by assisting with customized solutions sets;
  • Assist in determining requirements for projects, assessing environments, and developing blueprint documents, design specs, statements of work, and project schedules;
  • Participate on project teams and/or lead teams to achieve desired outcomes based on scope definition;
  • Analyze, design, configure, and implement systems and processes that meet client needs;
  • Work in a collaborative team environment providing training and ongoing technical support to clients;
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships ensuring superior customer service.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, ideally with Acumatica (within the SMB space).
  • Professional fluency in English and French is required.
  • Undergraduate degree or college diploma in Accounting, Information Systems, Supply Chain Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Experience with Tier 2 ERP systems such as Acumatica, Sage 300/500, Intacct, SAP Business One, and MS Dynamics GP is an asset.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and practical experience with standard business operations, including Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory Management, AR, AP, GL, Payroll, Financials, and Consolidation.
  • Good understanding and experience with implementing solutions for Distribution and Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in creating custom reports and designing data queries.
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing cloud-based solutions are desirable.
  • Application Experience (Nice to Have): Familiarity with applications such as:
o Ebiz Charge
o Acumatica Payments
o Ship Station
o Fusion WMS
o Velixio
o Dashboard design

o Active listening skills to translate customer needs to the PM and Development teams.

  • Ability to work across different time zones according to client schedules.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $ 84,960 – $128,900 /year base salary (based on experience) + bonus
