Job Description
ARHS Group – part of Accenture is looking for a Senior UI/UX Specialist for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Financial Industry.
Context
Within the AI department you oversee designing and prototyping new ways our clients, both internal employees and customers, interact with our AI models.
Role & responsibilities

• Close interaction with product owners, service designers, business analysts, usability experts and IT representatives – amongst which the development teams.
• Participating in workshops (ideation, requirements gathering, design/development meetings, …) and project meetings
• Setting up the information architecture of a site (or app) and work out the interaction design on different devices/resolutions with responsive patterns
• Translating high level needs into clickable (high- and low- fidelity) prototypes for user testing and use the results for optimization
• Creating, maintaining and applying style guides and components catalogues – ensuring visual and UX consistency
• Contributing to, and applying the styling of the brand
• Participating in user testing (preparing the material for the test, interviewing users, …)

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of English as well as at least one local language (Dutch and/or French)

Technical skills

• Knowledge of design principles and techniques
• Familiar with accessibility and usability best practices
• Experience with industry standard user experience,
• front-end development tools and graphic design tools (e.g. Axure, HTML, Illustrator, Photoshop, …)
• Experience in requirement gathering, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, development and user testing
• Experience in Agile / Scrum principles
• Experience in working with digital channels (website, i Pad, i Phone, …mobile applications) , working in sprints & running usability tests
• Knowledge of Django /htmx would be considered an asset
• Exposure to web banking, knowledge of banking environment in general would be considered an asset
• Affinity with the fast-evolving online environment and its habits would be considered an asset
