What will you do
Kenvue is looking for Senior Manager, EHS Excellence EMEA who will be responsible for coordinating harmonized approaches to support the effective and efficient implementation of Kenvue EHS Standards, strategy, and performance measures in the EMEA Region. Working closely with Global, Regional & Site Leaders, accountable for ensuring key EHS requirements are understood, technical competence is maintained, and state-of-the-art practices and techniques are deployed at the site level. In partnership with the Kenvue assurance team, coordinate the execution of the Kenvue EHS Assurance Program across the region. S/He will also be responsible for supporting regional environmental sustainability projects/reporting and external supply audits as needed.

What will you do
Kenvue is looking for Senior Manager, EHS Excellence EMEA who will be responsible for coordinating harmonized approaches to support the effective and efficient implementation of Kenvue EHS Standards, strategy, and performance measures in the EMEA Region. Working closely with Global, Regional & Site Leaders, accountable for ensuring key EHS requirements are understood, technical competence is maintained, and state-of-the-art practices and techniques are deployed at the site level. In partnership with the Kenvue assurance team, coordinate the execution of the Kenvue EHS Assurance Program across the region. S/He will also be responsible for supporting regional environmental sustainability projects/reporting and external supply audits as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- EHS Performance Management & Monitoring: Prepare and coordinate reports for sites and region performance and management review. Provide input for global management review. Data Analysis and Review for waste & water. Events, Good Saves, SIFp, CAPA trend analysis.
- Monitors CAPAs and informs leadership of any non-conformities or anomalies; seeks opportunities to improve CAPA process
- Reporting and Actions: Follow-up and reporting on Permits expiration, Curve Deployment status, Enhesa (completion of new/changed requirements assessment), Curve monthly data status, Event management, CAPA. Site Risk Profile preparation.
- Continuous Improvement: Seeks innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement in safety culture and overall EHS program effectiveness. Utilize LEAN, standardization, and process maturity approaches to make programs, systems, and processes more effective, efficient, and customer focused.
- Data Intelligence and Strategies: Identify and communicate improvement opportunities for digital systems. Verification of EHS data.
- Program Leadership / Management: member of the Regional EHS Leadership Team working with regional and site leaders in support of strong, consistent programs across the region, including assurance, environmental sustainability, and external supply.
- Support for key EHS strategies and high priority workplan initiatives, including environmental sustainability and external supply.
- Utilize LEAN, standardization, process maturity approaches, and IT tools to make programs, systems, and processes more effective/efficient/customer-focused and support the effectiveness of the Regional EHS Leadership Team.
- Review newly released Kenvue EHS Standards and initiatives to identify key provisions and provide recommendations/approaches for efficient, consistent implementation across the region.
- Identify items/issues and inefficiencies at the site level.
- EHS Strategic Objectives: support regional management with ongoing consultation on environmental, health, and safety regulations, identifying the impacts of regulatory changes on key business objectives. Input collection for Global & Regional Workplan.
- Single point of contact: May serve as a regional EHS support to address issues requiring rapid response (e.g., serious incidents, significant program gaps) where specific SME expertise or resources are needed.
- EHS Practices, procedures and management systems: support within the region to build and maintain subject matter capability to manage key risks by working closely with global SMEs (e.g., industrial hygiene, process safety, ergonomics, environment, occupational safety, office/fleet safety, and external supply) including leading regional teams.
- Serve as a conduit between SMEs and sites to ensure newly proposed EHS requirements are implementable, advocating for changes as needed.
- Compliance & Assurance: Ensure Internal Compliance ISO & Assurance Audits, Management system/Program Review and Legal Compliance.
- Regulations & Trends: Communicates and provides ongoing consultation to leadership on business impacts of EHS and changes to regional/local EHS laws, regulations and trends; uses influence to advance EHS compliance / programs.
- Global Audit: Coordinate with Global and SMEs assurance audit process across EMEA region, including auditor competencies pool, planning, review and CAPA follow-up.
- Risk Management: Monitors and evaluates EHS risks of operations, including change management, ensuring continuous improvement of the EHS program to make it leaner and more efficient.
- EHS Training: Shared responsibility with SMEs on identifying and coordination regional EHS training needs.
- Functional Partnerships: Collaborate with EHS Strategy & Compliance team, Analytics, the other Regional Excellence Managers, Quality, MAKE Excellence team to provide insights and data visualization needs to drive EHS performance.
- Global & Regional Engagement: Involved in regional and global engagement activities - CAPA .
- EHS Operations: Collaborates with Kenvue leadership teams; operational functional leads, EHS regional leaders and business unit leaders on EHS issues relative to major proposals; operations; services and activities; plans and the implementation of key projects.

What we are looking for
- Proficient in EHS Risk Assessment, able to recognize and assess EHS hazards and risks
- Proficient in EHS Risk Control, able to prevent, eliminate, reduce or mitigate EHS risks through a hierarchy of controls
- Proficient in EHS Risk Compliance, identify, analyze, communicate and manage compliance and conformance
- Proficient in EHS Management Systems, design, prescribe and assess a consistent framework of interdependent processes that supports execution of the Kenvue EHS policy
- Proficient in EHS Communication and Training, design, deliver and manage communications and training programs
- Proficient in EHS Communication and Training, high ability to sustain and mature relationships with stakeholders
- Familiar with: Product Stewardship and Sustainability
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or STEM)
- Proactive approach to EHS initiatives
- Multi-site EHS experience, project management
- ISO certification/auditor
- 10+ years of professional experience
