Imperial Meat Products is een expansief, klantgericht voedingsbedrijf dat kwalitatief hoogstaande producten produceert van gerenommeerde merken waaronder Aoste, Marcassou, Justin Bridou, Leielander, Disney, Imperial en Stegeman (NL).
Wereldwijd maken we deel uit van het Mexicaanse Sigma, een internationale speler binnen de voedingsindustrie.
In de Benelux werken 1.100 medewerkers in zes productieplants. Waarvan vijf in België en een in Nederland. Imperial Meat Products met activiteiten in België is een gerenommeerd voedingsbedrijf gekend voor zijn kwalitatieve salami’s, hammen, zoutwaren, kipproducten en vegetarische producten. Er werken 750 mensen in vijf verschillende vestigingen: Imperial te Lievegem, Amando te Destelbergen, Cornby te Gent, Dacor te Zwijnaarde, en Champlon Salaisons in de Ardennen.
Het is ons doel om goed te luisteren naar de noden van de klanten en consumenten en hier op een innovatieve manier op in te spelen. Hierbij willen we zowel steunen op onze rijke cultuur en ervaring in smaakvolle vleeswaren als onze expertise uitbreiden en ook kwalitatief hoogwaardige non-meat producten aanbieden.

Functiebeschrijving

• Develop, negotiate and implement the yearly account plans in line with the commercial strategy of the company
• Manage the complete branded portfolio for one of our biggest retail customers
• Responsible for the profitability and sales results of key accounts
• Develop your contact network and develop a long term relationship with the different departments of purchase, marketing, sales, logistics and accounting with the client
• Develop and initiate tailor made promotional activities in line with your budget
• Responsible for forecasting and a correct internal follow up of actions.
• Develop a good relationship with your internal customers in different departments such as: Marketing, Production, Packaging, Field Sales, Logistics and Administration
• Accurate administration of made agreements both internally and externally
• You report to the Sales Manager Retail Belgium

Profiel

• You obtained a university degree or equal by experience
• You have at least 5 years of sales experience in a FMCG environment
• You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French and have a good knowledge of English
• You are hands-on, customer oriented and a true entrepreneur
• You are a team player with good interpersonal skills
• You are motivated by results and customer satisfaction
• You have an analytic mindset
