At Manuchar, we don’t just optimize supply chain processes; we contribute to a more sustainable world. In this strategic role, you’ll collaborate with 12 local affiliates and our global teams to create a lasting impact on our operations across the EMEA region. You’ll be the driving force behind:

• Achieving and maintaining ISO certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Realizing our sustainability goals, such as Eco Vadis assessments.
• Ensuring safe working conditions in chemical distribution, supply chain, and warehousing.

In addition, you’ll play a key role in developing policies, conducting audits, guiding local teams, and reporting performance to our headquarters. Lastly, you’ll take on the role of Prevention Advisor Level 2 at our headquarters.

What do you need to be successful in your mission?

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Safety, or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 3 years of international experience in a similar role within warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or distribution.
• Very good knowledge of English, French and Dutch is a plus.
• Certification as a Prevention Advisor Level 2.
• Expertise in ISO 45001; knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 is a bonus.
• Strong affinity with sustainability; experience with Eco Vadis is a plus.
• Strategic insight and excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the EMEA region.
