Are you passionate about leveraging technology to enhance HR processes and drive organizational success? As a Workday Champion, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the use of Workday across our organization. You will be the go-to expert, providing support and guidance to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of Workday's features. Your efforts will help streamline HR operations, improve data accuracy, and enhance the overall employee experience.
This role is to be located in one of our EMEA site and will require up to 25% of travelling across the region.

Job description
Role purpose: As our Workday Champion, you will collaborate with the Business Process Owners (BPOs) and the Artwork Management System (AMS) team on designing and implementing change requests and possible rollout of new functionalities with our HR system, Workday. Furthermore, you will take all necessary actions to achieve top levels of Workday adoption, provide training for HR teams and end-users and actively monitor and strive to improve the Workday KPIs.

Job description

Responsibilities
- Take proactive measures to achieve top levels of Workday adoption across the organization. This includes providing comprehensive training for HR teams and end-users, and actively monitoring and improving Workday KPIs
- Fully utilize Workday’s functionalities to enhance HR processes. Collaborate closely with the HR community to develop and promote strategies that maximize system usage among managers and employees, ensuring they fully leverage Workday’s capabilities
- First point of contact: act as the first point of contact for all Workday-related topics that cannot be resolved via the Workday help and chatbot solution (Tier 0). This includes all questions, incidents, service requests, or requested changes coming from the HR user community, managers, and employees
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of one or more Workday modules to ensure that the Regional Workday Champions have deep expertise in the full Workday environment as a team
- Ensure regional HR data quality by taking all steps to enable proper maintenance of overall data quality within Workday
- Permanently upskill end-user proficiency in all Workday modules through continuously enhanced training and documentation
- Master the usage of reports and dashboards in Workday
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Workday, including configuration, implementation, and support
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices

Ability to analyze data and metrics to improve system performance and user
experience - Experience in managing projects, particularly those involving system implementations or upgrades.
- Fluent in English – any additional European language is a plus.
