We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Representative to join our team in Brussels and help us reach new heights in 2025 and beyond!
Based in the Brussels office, this position will report to the Revenue Operation Lead.
About the role:
You will be instrumental in our EMEA region expansion by generating new business opportunities and supporting our sales efforts through strategic outreach.

We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Representative to join our team in Brussels and help us reach new heights in 2025 and beyond!
Based in the Brussels office, this position will report to the Revenue Operation Lead.
About the role:
You will be instrumental in our EMEA region expansion by generating new business opportunities and supporting our sales efforts through strategic outreach.
What you will do:
1. Generate and Qualify Leads:

Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the sales pipeline.
-
Identify and engage with potential customers through email, phone and social media to create new business opportunities.

Schedule and conduct initial meetings and product demos for qualified leads.

Develop a deep understanding of App Tweak’s offerings, including App Store Optimization, the competitive landscape, and internal tools.

As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will develop and execute effective outreach strategies alongside Account Executives.

Align with marketing initiatives to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and campaign execution.

Partner with departments such as Product and Sales to address client needs and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Contribute to creating and promoting case studies, testimonials, and strategic content for events and webinars.
-
Represent App Tweak at major mobile marketing conferences and networking events to enhance brand awareness.

Engage with senior executives in the mobile industry to foster relationships and promote App Tweak’s reputation.

Support and contribute to organizing ASO and ASA-related events, and leverage webinars to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation.
What we expect from you:
Must-have:
-
Fluent in English. Additional languages are a bonus.
-
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or any relevant experience.
-
Min. 6 months of successful Sales experience (Inside Sales, SDR, BDR,etc.).
-
You are highly self-motivated, goal oriented, and enjoy tackling new problems and learning from feedback.
-
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas in simple, compelling manner.
-
You are well-organized and know how to manage and prioritize your time.
-
A proactive approach and an entrepreneurial spirit in conducting outreaching activities.
-
A passion for developing a career in technology sales.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
-
Experience in Saa S-based companies or the digital marketing industry.
-
Experience with Hub Spot, Linked In Sales Navigator, or other sales development-related tools
-
Experience in digital marketing or analytics
-
Experience hosting webinars and organizing offline events.
