Your Role
As our Payroll & HR Assistant, you will:
- Assist the Payroll & HR Administration Officer with various tasks, ensuring seamless execution of daily HR operations.
- Manage car park allocations and oversee general administrative processes for employees.
- Organize and maintain accurate employee files and handle social documentation.
- Prepare onboarding documentation and processes for new hires.
- Administer employee insurance plans and handle straightforward employee queries.
- Enter, update, and verify employee data in various HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Your Profile
- Language Skills: Fluent in either Dutch or French and able to become quickly proficient in the other language. A good level of English is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communicator who enjoys assisting employees.
- Ambitious and eager to grow into more payroll responsibilities over time.
- Proactive, collaborative, and hands-on in your approach to work.
