In this role, you will help ensure the smooth running of administrative processes, making a direct impact on employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your Role
As our Payroll & HR Assistant, you will:

  • Assist the Payroll & HR Administration Officer with various tasks, ensuring seamless execution of daily HR operations.
  • Manage car park allocations and oversee general administrative processes for employees.
  • Organize and maintain accurate employee files and handle social documentation.
  • Prepare onboarding documentation and processes for new hires.
  • Administer employee insurance plans and handle straightforward employee queries.
  • Enter, update, and verify employee data in various HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.


Your Profile
  • Language Skills: Fluent in either Dutch or French and able to become quickly proficient in the other language. A good level of English is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communicator who enjoys assisting employees.
  • Ambitious and eager to grow into more payroll responsibilities over time.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and hands-on in your approach to work.
