Key responsibilities & what your day will look like:
- Lead the development of a secure AI workspace focused on data protection and privacy, setting a new standard for legal tech.
- Build and maintain scalable backend systems that solve real-world legal and business problems, helping to modernize the legal industry.
- Maintain APIs for various client applications, ensuring smooth communication with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Optimize our systems to improve the performance of LLM input and output.
- Keep our databases organized and running efficiently to support seamless operations.
- Work with cutting-edge AI technologies like machine learning and vector databases to create tools that will shape the future of legal services.
Job requirements
You might be a good fit if you:
- Have expert-level skills in back-end development using Node JS and Typescript
- Are fluent in English and preferably Dutch
- Big plus if you have experimented with AI, vector databases, and/or machine learning
- You thrive in the atmosphere of a fast-growing scale-up
- You're cooperative as well as able to work independently
- You have strong problem-solving skills and unwavering attention to detail
Your direct manager and team
You will join the engineering team led by CTO & Co-Founder Kasper Verbeeck and Engineering Manager Olivier Deknop. Your teams consists of 5 amazing Senior Engineers, coming from Match Group, Tinder and In The Pocket.
