Jr. Brand Activation Manager Aveeno
This position reports into the Aveeno Brand & Customer Activation Lead and is based in Antwerp, BE.

What will you do
As Junior Brand Activation manager, you will be part of the Pharma Squad and play a key role in shaping the Aveeno brand in the Benelux together with the Brand Activation Lead Skin Health Pharma. You will work cross-functionally with Customer Activation, Professional Marketing & Sales teams. In this role, you will primarily take the lead in the content creation (adapting regional playbooks) as well as supporting the brilliant execution of the Aveeno customer lead plan.

You will need to establish strategic thinking as well as detail-oriented project management skills to follow-up the activity plan of our B&M pharmacies as well as chain/Para Pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Aveeno Mental availability by executing impactful consumer brand communication

Adapt+Shape CE brand playbook in close collaboration with CE Aveeno squad

Lead local adapation of Aveeno digital assets (e.g. TV, online video, social media, OOH, influencers, website, ...) in collaboration with Digital marketing team

2. Drive Aveeno Physical availability by ensuring brilliant execution at Point of Sales (B&M pharmacies & Para Pharmacies) in line with regional paybooks

In time development of impactfull Aveeno POS materials in collaboration with Customer Activation Manager Pharma

Coordinate Aveeno sample & tester management E2E

Coordinate roll out of CAPEX with region (CA manager in contact with local 3PD)

3. Support Aveeno Customer Lead Plan with deep understanding of the consumer pathway and key touchpoints to influence

Develop winning category story together with BA Lead Skin Health Pharma to unlock maximum potential of Aveeno rate of sales potential at lead customers

Develop Aveeno annual activity plan together with BA Lead Skin Health Pharma & Customer Activation Manager Pharma

Briefing sales detail aid for field sales rep to external agency, ensure perfect translations with translation agency, coordinate the internal approval flow (Marketing Lense)

Follow up lead customer performance dashboard to measure return of Aveeno action plan and accelerate/mitigate where needed

4. Drive HCP Engagement by supporting professional Marketing team in building solid plan towards external stakeholders (pharmacist, dermatologists, GP, ...)

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, and/or related field.

Experience

Previous experience with customer/brand activation role is a plus

Functional Skills

Advanced understanding of MS Office tools with proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point.

Soft Skills

Strong understanding of the pharmacy business.

Strong interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable and effective at taking the initiative and responsibility.

Language

Fluency in Dutch and English, with French as an advantage.

Desired Qualifications

Previous experience in the FMCG or Pharmaceutical environment.
