Kenvue, is currently recruiting for:
Brand & Customer Activation Manager Aveeno
We are recruiting a Brand & Customer Activation Manager for Aveeno in BELGIUM.
Key responsibilities:
1. Shape strategic Marketing plan of Aveeno in collaboration with CE Aveeno Squad and develop a deep understanding of the consumer pathway and key touchpoints to influence
2. Deliver business targets and develop mitigation plans
3. Drive Mental availability by Leading & executing impactful consumer brand communication
4. Drive Physical availability together with Jr. Customer Activation Manager by ensuring brilliant execution at Point of Sales (B&M pharmacies & Para Pharmacies) in line with regional paybooks
5. Drive HCP Engagement by managing E2E collaboration both with internal (prof. Marketing) & external stakeholders (pharmacist, dermatologists, GP, ...)
This position reports into the Commercial Director and is based in Antwerp, BE.

What will you do
The Brand Activation Manager responsibilities:
1. Shape strategic Marketing plan of Aveeno in collaboration with CE Aveeno Squad and develop a deep understanding of the Consumer pathway and key touchpoints to influence
  • Generate consumer insights and understand the consumer journey to develop best-in-class consumer centric plans through all key touchpoints (incl HCP)
  • Set the strategy for your brand on mid and long term.
  • Develop and implement Aveeno Brand Plan based on regional playbooks
  • Ensure successful NPI launches
  • Develop business cases for new products based on market potential analysis
2. Deliver business targets and develop mitigation plans
  • Closely monitor Aveeno business performance & competitive activities to develop corrective actions where needed
  • Support Aveeno S&OP (forecast) process
  • Closely monitor marketing investment (BME) in line with strategic brand objectives & full P&L responsibility
  • Implement performance analysis of brand & category activation strategies such as assortment, distribution and promotional effectiveness & profitability & LEAD mitigation plans when needed.
3. Drive Mental availability by Leading & executing impactful patient brand communication
  • Create best-in-class physical and digital assets to maximize mental & physical availability
  • Drive consistency between local and regional marketing plans (content, reach, impact)
  • Set-up annual media plan together with Media manager (OLV, social media, Print, Radio campaigns, …).
  • Closely collaborate with media team to measure results and constantly improve performance
  • Creation & distribution of digital assets fit to communication objective.
4. Drive Physical availability together with Jr. Customer Activation Manager by ensuring brilliant execution at Point of Sales (B&M pharmacies & Para Pharmacies) in line with regional paybooks
  • Lead & shape Aveeno activation plan at lead customers leveraging regional playbooks and local market needs
  • E2E responsibility to deliver brilliant execution of Aveeno activation plan at B&M pharmacies & Medi Market Para Pharmacies
  • Brief and follow-up the external merchandising team to ensure perfect and in time execution of Aveeno activation plan
  • Focus on intense partnership with Sales field force, bring the outside in and building strong future proof activation plans.
  • Ensure in time POS developments & deliveries towards field sales reps

5. E2E responsabilty for the brand in all channels
  • Support KA’s in growing the brand via category optimizations and shopper activations with retailers. Customer & Category Trade story development in conjunction with regional and global support. Excellence in execution: creation of picture of success and tracking of PS levers. Collaborate closely with lead stakeholders across the cluster to access best in-class best practices.
  • Work closely together with professional marketing to ensure brand consistency in both HCP & Consumer activity plan and to monitor if brand strategy is executed well in all channels
  • Perform duo visits at Pharmacists and join KA Business reviews to best capture insights and develop brand (mitigation) strategies

Required Qualifications

Experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in Marketing or Customer & Shopper Marketing roles with strong track record of results
  • Experience in FMCG, Health & Beauty is a plus
  • Strong experience in stakeholder mapping, influencer marketing and omnichannel is a plus
  • Strategic & conceptual thinking
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Flexible, entrepreneurial & proactive approach
  • Structured, well-organized way of working with attention to detail
  • High propensity for collaboration & cross functional ways of working.

Education
  • Master’s Degree or equivalent.
Language
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
