What does the B&P team look like?
Well, we're a small team of vibrant, creative, and highly motivated individuals located in our beautifully renovated HQ in the Liège area of Belgium. Our portfolio is curated and driven by regular, hero products as well as limited editions and new launches. Most of the magic happens in day-to-day collaboration within the team but also in strategy alignment and cross functional cooperation. Florence will be your Lead, however other Leads are also involved alongside with the GMs. Here is what you can expect from any team member:

What will your mission look like?

• Strategic Brand Builder: Shape and implement brand strategies to boost awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
• Insights-Driven: Leverage market research to steer brand direction and uncover growth opportunities.
• Product Launch Partner: Collaborate on product launches with cohesive go-to-market plans.
• Campaign Driver: Manage impactful campaigns with ambassadors and influencers.
• Data-Focused: Use metrics to refine strategies for optimal performance.
• Brand Champion: Partner across teams to ensure brand consistency and champion our values.

What About You?

• Are you bringing strong strategic thinking and make data-driven decisions with confidence?
• Do you excel at juggling multiple projects and collaborating across teams to meet deadlines?
• Are you proactive and creative and you enjoy tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions?
• Are you adaptable, results-focused, and motivated to drive brand success?
• Do you have 3+ years of experience in brand management, with a proven track record?
• Are you fluent in both French and English, and ready to jump onboard ?
