IT Environment Management

• Install, configure, and optimize networks and servers to ensure optimal functionality of the IT infrastructure.
• Automate recurring tasks using scripts, enhancing efficiency and reducing human error.

User Support

• Configure, install, and maintain the PC and printer fleet, phone system, and label printers in line with established procedures.
• Create a mature work environment by proposing improvements to simplify existing processes and ensure consistent application.
• Create and update procedures (PC installation, backups, etc.).
• Manage small equipment purchases (PCs, printers, phones, etc.).
• Perform necessary server maintenance.
• Update and manage the helpdesk system.

Communication related to the Quality System

• Communicate any customer complaints or non-conformities to the relevant managers, including the QA & Regulatory Affairs Manager, and submit the duly completed non-conformity form if necessary.
• Inform the relevant managers and the QA & Regulatory Affairs Manager of any unusual events or issues that may impact the completion of tasks.

• English: Written and read at C1 level or higher; spoken at B2 or higher; listening comprehension at C1 or higher.
• French: C2 level.
