IT Field Support Engineer

What you will do:
- Lead the daily IT operations within your assigned geographical region.
- Assess, diagnose, and resolve IT issues reported by our employees.
- Ensure our IT systems and platforms remain operational by collaborating with the IT Service Desk team and other support groups.
- Document IT solutions in the IT Knowledge Database (KB).
- Provide support and guidance to users on how to use IT systems and resolve IT-related queries.
- Take a proactive role by identifying risks and proposing improvement solutions.
- Build business relationships with related functional areas within our company.
- Play an active role in the standardization of processes and working methods on a global level.
- Coordinate IT Service Management-related activities and handle IT communications within the IT department and at the company level.
- Ensure tickets are resolved within agreed SLAs and KPIs, contributing to an excellent user experience.
- Provide on-site support and perform IT-related activities at different locations, as needed by IT and business requirements.
- Size: 1,001 - 5,000 employees
