We are currently looking for a:
- Perform the Recruitment & Selection process from A to Z
- Be the first point of contact for the open positions
- Work closely together with the business managers to analyze their needs to clearly understand the profiles they are looking for
- Consult the right recruitment channels to advertise the open vacancies
- Direct search via Recruitment channels (Linked In, VDAB, etc…)
- Collaborate and negotiate contracts with external agencies if needed
- Screen the CVs of candidates by the specific requirements
- Perform interviews with candidates
- Provide job offer to final candidates
- Keep track of and follow up the recruitment processes in the concerned systems
- Onboarding of new hires
- Check & report the working hours of the interim staff towards the interim agencies
- Support on the yearly Performance Management process
- Support on internal communication and other HR projects
- Act as back-up for your HR colleagues
- Degree in Office Management/HR or equal by experience
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar position focused on recruitment
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
- Advanced in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point)
- An open and honest person who is a real team player
- Strong communicational, analytical and organizational skills
- Being part of an enthusiastic international team of 5 (you included) in Belgium and several HR colleagues in different affiliates across Europe
