To strengthen our Global Quality Assurance department we are looking for a talented profile to fill the position of: Global Quality Auditing Business Operations Lead – Braine l’Alleud, Belgium


About the role


This role is as a key member of the Business Operations unit within Global Quality Auditing, which primary objective is to provide comprehensive project management and serve as a central operational hub for Gx P Auditing Quality teams worldwide.


You will work with


In this role, you will work with the Head of GQA Business Operations to promote communication and collaboration among global quality auditing teams. You'll help create a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the auditing community.


What you will do


Team advocacy

• Support and promote communication and collaboration among various quality units and departments. This will enhance connectivity, fortify the auditing quality community, and bolster stakeholder relationships. Support the Head of GQA Business Ops in defining and executing the GQA communication strategy (e.g., Town Halls, Q Corner).

Harmonization engine

• Identify improvement needs and implement consistent quality processes and systems across auditing quality units to promote standardization and simplification, thereby enhancing efficiency. Propel positive change and improvements across the auditing units by enhancing people's skills and processes

Tracking and monitoring

• Monitor the progress of plans and projects, GQA performance, and compliance through meaningful KPIs. This will boost operational efficiency and agility. Ensure and track appropriate data entry performance of audit reports and CAPAs in the Veeva audit system
• Support the Head of GQA Business Ops in the GQA capacity model and budget definition and monitoring

Educate

• Cultivate a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices among auditing quality units. This will drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Centralize training plans to ensure consistency and compliance across auditing quality units. Offer education or guidance as needed.

Due diligence

• Provide due diligence support, ensure coordination and execution for the Quality Organization, based on required expertise. Escalate QA topics to appropriate governance

Project Management

• According to the prioritization in alignment with objectives, strategy, and resources allocation for project management activities within GQA; lead, drive or participate to projects within or outside GQA/Quality

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills

• Bachelor’s, master’s degree or an education in a relevant scientific discipline
• Highly knowledgeable in the global pharmaceutical industry, including the interpretation and application of applicable Gx P regulations in complex situations, knowledge of current and future trends in the industry and a deep understanding of major competitors/industry peers
• Fluent English communication (oral and written), any additional languages are a plus
• Capability to standardize execution paths across the organization, promoting consistency and efficiency
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for facilitating dialogue across all levels of the organization
• Effective at communicating and building relationships with team members, stakeholders, and other departments
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects at one time, including planning, executing, and monitoring project progress
• Ability to innovate and adapt to changing business environments
