We’re currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our Business Process Management team. This is a crucial role where you’ll help DIGI Belgium shape solutions to meet business needs, creating real impact as you translate these needs into clear, actionable requirements and improvements.

We’re currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our Business Process Management team. This is a crucial role where you’ll help DIGI Belgium shape solutions to meet business needs, creating real impact as you translate these needs into clear, actionable requirements and improvements.
What you’ll do:
As a Business Analyst with us, you’ll be at the heart of our projects, interacting with business teams to collect and clarify their requirements, working with our technical team to ensure these needs are met, and playing a key role in delivering relevant solutions. Specifically, you’ll:

Gather and Analyze Business Requirements
Collect and translate business needs across departments into requirements for our key platforms (primarily Odoo and Nextcloud), ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. You’ll turn these into detailed tasks, specifications, or demo materials to drive development or train colleagues, tailoring the solution for each unique need.

Support and Troubleshoot
As the go-to for Odoo support, you’ll work directly with users to resolve issues, troubleshoot, and provide clear guidance, helping them to navigate challenges efficiently.

Enable Smooth Communication
Keep the wheels turning by ensuring that communication flows smoothly between stakeholders. Whether it’s sending updates, arranging calls, reporting on progress, or flagging challenges to management, you’ll ensure that everyone stays informed and aligned.

Collaborate Across Teams
Work alongside developers and business teams, bridging perspectives to achieve the best outcomes. From high-level needs to technical tasks, you’ll connect the dots to ensure our technology serves the business effectively.

Interest in IT, Business, and Telecom
A genuine interest in IT systems and telecom is key. You’ll be immersed in both business and tech aspects, so being naturally curious about these fields will help you thrive.

You should have a knack for understanding complex requirements and breaking them down into clear, actionable steps. We value a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Fast Learner and Team Player
You’ll have opportunities to grow, so being open to learning (and asking questions!) is essential. While we’ll support you, you should also be comfortable working independently.

Odoo Experience a Plus
While Odoo knowledge is beneficial, if you’re new to it, we’re ready to help you get up to speed, as it’s a major part of this role.

Languages: Proficiency in English and either French or Dutch

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Experience: 0-4 years (junior to medior level) in a relevant field

Skills: Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and a collaborative approach working together with every stakeholders
