We’re currently seeking a Business Analyst with a keen interest in inventory management to join our Business Process Management team. In this role, you’ll work closely with teams to shape solutions that meet business needs, translating those needs into actionable improvements and impactful results. A significant part of your role will involve supporting the warehouse team, helping them optimize their systems to meet operational challenges.

Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring our ERP systems and inventory solutions align with business needs. Gather and Analyse Business Requirements

Collect and translate business needs, particularly from the inventory management team, into detailed requirements for key platforms such as Odoo and custom DIGI software.

Create comprehensive tasks, specifications, or demo materials to guide development or facilitate training for colleagues.

Act as a go-to person for inventory processes and tooling matters.

Assist users by troubleshooting issues and providing clear, actionable guidance to resolve challenges efficiently.

Maintain seamless communication between stakeholders, providing updates, arranging meetings, reporting progress, and escalating challenges when necessary to ensure alignment across teams.

Work closely with developers and business units to bridge the gap between high-level needs and technical tasks, ensuring that our technology solutions effectively support business objectives.

Gathering and documenting business requirements.

Training colleagues and offering support.

Assisting with Odoo helpdesk tasks during peak activity.

Coordinating efforts across business and technical teams.

Maintaining clear and consistent communication.

Interest in IT, Business, Inventory Management and Telecom

A genuine enthusiasm for inventory management and telecom is essential. Your role will involve both business and technical aspects, so curiosity in these areas will set you up for success.

The ability to break down complex requirements into actionable steps and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset is key.

A willingness to learn and collaborate is vital. You should be comfortable asking questions, working independently, and growing with the team.

While prior experience with Odoo is an advantage, it’s not mandatory. We’re ready to help you become an expert in Odoo’s inventory-related workflows.
What You Bring:

Languages: Proficiency in English and either French or Dutch.

Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent by experience.

Experience: 0–4 years of relevant experience

Skills: Strong communication, analytical abilities, and a collaborative approach.
