Overview

Application Analyst with 10+ years in IT, specializing in SDLC, solution delivery, business analysis, Scrum, and advanced Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

Job Responsibilities

Negotiate and reach compromises while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes
Independently carry out assignments, ensuring timely and effective delivery
Collaborate effectively as a team player, providing guidance and coaching
Communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing, with IT and business stakeholders
Understand business goals and needs and translate them into effective IT solutions

Must Have Skills

Minimum of a (Professional) Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Sciences or equivalent experience
At least 10 years of experience in IT, with the last 5 years focused on the Software Development Lifecycle Management and Solution Delivery environment
At least 5 years of proven experience as a functional or business analyst in large enterprises, with the ability to deliver training
At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
Advanced skills in Atlassian tools, including Confluence and Jira
At least B2 CEFR proficiency level in Dutch or French, and English

Nice to have

Excellent interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
Negotiation and persuasion skills
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
Goal-oriented
