As Senior Program Performance Officer you will complete a range of asset management activities that support the optimal use and condition of the social housing portfolio. You will design, implement, and support a range of business and system processes which supports the portfolio management of the social housing portfolio, including the provision of high-quality performance reporting.What you will be doing: - Develop annual maintenance and upgrade programs from detailed property condition data.- Provide expertise on the process flows and improvement of budget and upgrade programs.- Complete system development and enhancement projects incorporating the analysis and development of business requirements, testing and implementation of solutions and the overseeing of related change management processes.- Analyse detailed asset management, budget and property data to make evidence-based recommendations regarding the performance of the social housing portfolio.- Support a full range of executive reporting such as ministerial responses, annual report, parliamentary, financial and Commonwealth and insurance process (i.e., natural disaster, fire, theft and flood) reporting.- Manage and monitor Budget positions and expenditure.- Identify opportunities for business and system process improvement and deliver information sessions to service partners to support their transition in a changing environment in which they operate.- Establish budget and program structures and apply changes to Asset Management Systems to ensure the affective day to day operation of maintenance and upgrade programs and budgets. This includes setting up budgets and bulk upload templates for the business system.- Assist and provide ongoing support to service areas and agencies regarding overall property asset management functions through avenues such as undertaking information sessions.- Liaise and collaborate with internal staff, other work units, government, and non-government partners to ensure that identified service needs and issues are reflected in policies, procedures and other resources that are consistent with legislation and departmental plans and priorities.- Supporting and helping maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day-to-day operations.Applications to remain current for 12 months.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
