What this job involves:
We’re looking for a Research Manager to be a part of Australia’s largest and most respected dedicated property research team! In the role, you will lead the national forecasting process and output quarterly forecasts that reflects the house view of JLL Research on the office, retail and industrial sectors.

A snapshot of the role:
Work closely with stakeholders to output accurate quarterly deliverables
Assist internal and external stakeholders with any enquiries and ad hoc research requirements
Creating and leading presentations to clients
Producing thought leadership and insights in the form of topical reports
Generating media coverage for yourself and key internal stakeholders

Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:
Your ability to produce insightful, timely and accurate analysis on the Australian commercial market as well as assisting internal and external stakeholders in their day to day requests will be key to being successful in this role!
Qualifications in Property, Economics, Commerce, Finance and other analytical disciplines will be highly regarded
Understanding and application of econometric modelling will be highly regarded
Minimum of 4 years relevant industry experience
Superior communication skills are essential, as are confidence and professionalism
